Customer Service Representative
Arrowhead Programs
• Ensure that the highest standard of service to our producers is met • Be extremely knowledgeable in all Residential Earthquake policies and endorsements and be able to answer technical questions about those products • Process policies and endorsements accurately and timely in the system while adhering to the underwriting guidelines • Receive and apply insured payments to accounts per established guidelines and standards • Communicate via phone and email, this position is on a phone loop 100%
Job Requirements
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to take high volume of phone calls and/or emails
- Ability to work a schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. pacific standard time; Monday through Friday and show up at scheduled time due to call center like environment, phone lines open at 8:00 a.m.
