Mobile Engineering Manager

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of mobile engineers building consumer-facing iOS and Android applications • Drive execution across the mobile roadmap while balancing speed, quality, scalability, and maintainability • Partner closely with Product and Design to deliver intuitive, polished fan experiences • Help evolve our mobile architecture and shared platform strategy across a multi-tenant ecosystem • Collaborate with backend and platform engineering teams on APIs, data flows, observability, experimentation, and performance optimization • Establish strong engineering practices around testing, CI/CD, monitoring, code quality, and operational excellence • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement • Leverage modern AI development tools and workflows to improve team productivity, accelerate delivery, and enhance engineering effectiveness • Participate in technical design discussions and provide guidance on architecture and long-term technical direction • Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts as we continue scaling the engineering organization

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including meaningful experience building and shipping mobile applications
  • 2+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience
  • Experience with iOS development including Swift and SwiftUI
  • Strong understanding of Kotlin Multiplatform
  • Experience building consumer-facing applications with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Familiarity with scalable architectures, shared codebases, multi-tenant systems, and API-driven applications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to balance technical depth with business impact
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving startup or high-growth environments
  • Enthusiasm for AI-assisted software development and curiosity about how emerging tools can improve engineering workflows and product development
