Role Description Drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American Start-up! As a Campus Recruiter, you will tackle the following questions: - How do we get more Campus Managers? - How do we create a process that helps us source, qualify, and convert talented students into Campus Managers at a fast rate? - How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints? You’ll work directly with our Recruiting Team Manager, whom you'll report to. This job is 40% recruiting skills and 60% sales and communication skills, making it perfect for someone with a knack for sales who loves recruiting. One of our most consequential and high-value growth avenues is recruiting more student entrepreneurs who sell apparel. You'll directly be responsible for that. Needless to say, you’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. This is the perfect role for someone early on in their Recruiting/Sales/Growth careers, providing ample time and support to learn, develop professionally, and have a big impact. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 500+ students who will do over $20 million in sales over the next 12 months. This is a WFH role and could be based anywhere in India. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST. This is a 3-month contract role with a possibility to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
