Bring new tools, new ideas, and a bias for trying things. • Share what you learn so the whole team gets better. • Partner with People Ops and hiring managers to make the handoff from offer to first day feel seamless. • Support onboarding touchpoints for GTM hires.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, with a track record of closing senior sales talent.
- Time spent in a hyper-growth SaaS environment (required).
- Working fluency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI - you're already using it, and you want to push further.
- A builder's instinct. You see a broken process and want to fix it, not file a ticket.
- The ability to run independently and the instinct to bring your team along.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing entry- to mid-level recruitment across various departments across Macmillan Trade and Shared Services, including, but not limited to Editorial, Marketing, Sales, Publicity, and Operations.
