Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Science or Engineering
- Experience in spectroscopy and spectrometer-based measurement systems
- Strong technical background in optics, physics, or electrical engineering
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical specifications
- Experience working with R&D, applications, and sales teams
