• Maintain close contact with customers to strengthen the go-to-market (GTM) strategy • Drive product-led growth through customer-focused features and feedback • Proactively survey existing customers about improvements and feature requests • Handle inquiries via Slack and Intercom • Keep Intercom documentation and the help desk up to date and continuously improve them

• Implementation of custom Shopify themes for various client projects using Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript • Development and integration of Shopify apps and custom features via REST and GraphQL APIs • Technical consulting and solution design together with clients and the internal team • Integration of third-party tools (ERP, PIM, payment, logistics, etc.) • Active participation in shaping processes, standards and best practices within the agency
