Senior Customer Engineer

• Mapping solutions to business value for large, dynamic customers by seamlessly bridging technical requirements and strategic business goals. • Participating in discovery sessions, driving the qualification of new opportunities, and expanding existing accounts. • Preparing and conducting product demonstrations, highlighting how the Collibra Platform solves our enterprise customers' specific needs. • Advising and supporting technical stakeholders to accelerate adoption and value realization, serving as the primary point of contact for all technical and product-related queries. • Identifying, recommending, and executing value-based workshops, Proof of Concepts, and Proof of Value engagements. • Preparing and providing expert input for the functional and technical sections of RFPs and RFQs. • Supporting broader sales and marketing activities, including webcasts, field enablement, and the creation of go-to-market assets. • Delivering field insights to Product and Engineering teams to drive continuous product improvement.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Sales Consulting role.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the Data/SaaS space.
  • A strong understanding of two or more of the following areas: data governance, AI governance, data catalogs, data quality, and data privacy platforms.
  • Experience across a broad range of sales and business methodologies, including value-based selling, cost-benefit analysis, ROI analysis, and process and project management.
  • Proven experience with leading PaaS providers, data lakes, databases, ML/GenAI tools, and integration platforms is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance is a plus.
