Job Requirements

  • You have prior successful experience in telephone sales.
  • You are comfortable with various software tools, proficient in Google Workspace and, ideally, Notion and Slack.
  • You are driven by challenges and have a commercial mindset: a customer’s “no” is a new challenge for you to take on!
  • You demonstrate resilience and are not discouraged by refusals.
  • You have strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills: you listen actively to better convince.
  • You have good stress and emotion management.
  • You are organized and detail-oriented.
  • Nice to have: a genuine interest in the energy sector and, more broadly, ecological transition topics. It’s easier to sell what you believe in!
