Procurement Operations Assistant

Element Logic®

• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system. • Ensure accuracy of quantities, pricing, and delivery details. • Track and update order status. • Communicate with vendors across the Americas via email and occasional calls in English. • Request quotes, confirm orders, and follow up on deliveries. • Maintain timely and professional communication. • Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams. • Provide updates on order status and outstanding items. • Support alignment between purchase requests and execution. • Maintain organized purchasing documentation (quotes, confirmations, invoices). • Update data in ERP systems and tracking files (Excel). • Support general procurement administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • 0 - 1+ year of experience in an administrative role (purchasing, procurement support, supply chain admin, or similar preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic/intermediate: filters, formulas, tracking tables).
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) or purchasing tools.
  • Experience supporting purchasing in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, automation, or intralogistics environments is a plus.
  • English proficiency (Advanced) for reading supplier documentation or communicating with global teams/external vendor.

Qualifications - At least a four-year college graduate preferably with a strong background in Supply Chain Operations, Management or any Business-related course. - Has at least 2 years experience working with international markets, preferably in supply chain, logistics or transportation. - Hands on mentality. - Requires expertise in operating Microsoft Office programs. - Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian).
