Role Description Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der professionellen Anwendung von künstlicher Intelligenz und möchtest nicht nur zuarbeiten, sondern ein internes AI-Projekt aktiv mitgestalten? Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich IT, der die Entwicklung eines internen AI-Tools / einer AI-Plattform maßgeblich vorantreibt. Du solltest dich sicher in der Umsetzung technischer Lösungen fühlen und Freude daran haben, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. - Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung einer internen AI-Plattform inklusive Agentenarchitekturen und Workflows. - Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen in die passende technische Lösung. - Enge Abstimmung mit Kollegen und gelegentlich auch mit Mandanten. - Identifikation und eigenständige Lösung technischer Herausforderungen. - Test von neuen Tools und Erstellung eines übersichtlichen Briefings dazu. Qualifications - Laufendes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar. - Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Programmierung (z. B. Python, APIs, AI/ML von Vorteil). - Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. - Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, aktiv auf andere zuzugehen.
