• Lead the client onboarding process by understanding their unique needs, objectives, and expectations. • Participate in onboarding kick off meeting with new clients to gather and document client requirements and vendors related to their self-insurance plan(s) claims processing, eligibility criteria, and other relevant aspects. • Develop a comprehensive implementation plan outlining key milestones, timelines, and responsibilities. • Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams (such as account management, compliance, plan build, claims, and finance), and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and training sessions to ensure alignment and understanding of implementation objectives and processes. • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including implementation guides, process workflows, and training materials, to support clients and internal stakeholders. • Assist Client Services with training sessions for clients and end-users on the use of self-insurance administration systems, policies, and procedures. • Execute implementation plans that are on time and with high customer satisfaction. • Update and collaborate project plan details for downstream workflows to produce accurate configuration and set up ensuring any late changes are identified and addressed appropriately. • Proactively identify potential issues or challenges in the implementation phase escalating critical issues as needed. • Represent Health Plans Inc. to clients and vice versa, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. • Provide weekly updates to client, broker/consultant, internal teams as to implementation status by tracking progress and identify and manage risks, driving initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention. • Address any discrepancies or issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction. • Complete transition to Client Services team within 60 days of implementation. • Work with Implementation Team to identify opportunities for evaluation, process improvements, and enhancements to streamline the implementation process and enhance overall efficiency. • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to self-insurance administration and incorporate relevant updates into our implementation processes.

• Client Advisory & Project Leadership: You guide clients through all phases of SAP Payroll implementation, capture complex business requirements, and provide strategic advice on best practices. • Configuration & Customizing: You create sustainable, error-free system configurations within the SAP HCM environment while adhering to the highest quality standards. • Quality Assurance & Testing: You design and execute comprehensive system tests using self-generated test data to ensure error-free functionality. • Documentation: You produce precise functional and technical documentation for all implemented work packages. • Interface Management: In close coordination with the Cluster Lead, you manage your daily priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate status reports and issue analyses transparently to all stakeholders.

• Manage client onboarding and implementation projects using Zoho Projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are achieved. • Coordinate and execute software implementations for new customers, legacy migrations, and add-on module installations. Specifically in a dental practice software context. • Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Development, Product, and Sales) to ensure seamless project delivery. • Configure and test software according to client workflows and requirements. • Perform data and image migrations, including database split and merge activities for legacy transitions. • Identify and resolve technical or data-related issues throughout the implementation process. • Maintain comprehensive documentation, project records, and client communication. • Provide training and onboarding support to ensure successful adoption of the platform. • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance implementation quality and efficiency. • Other role specific duties as they arise.

• Manage initial rollouts for new Benchling customers as well as expansion projects with new teams or for new processes at existing customers • Own implementation success from project kickoff to go-live, leveraging strong project management skills, scientific expertise, and deep product knowledge. • Build and execute detailed project plans, own project activities, work with other team members to execute on project deliverables to ensure on time, on budget, high quality deployments. • Understand customers' scientific workflows and determine how Benchling can best be leveraged to meet their key business needs. • Lead requirements and design workshops, perform data modeling & application configuration, develop test plans and guide UAT execution, train and onboard users. • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through the implementation ensuring they leverage and apply Benchling Best Practices. • Understand and document customer pain points, advocate for them internally to influence product changes. • Identify and work with sales on opportunities for account expansion post go-live.
