Role Description The Sr. Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads complex, multi-disciplinary projects across critical infrastructure Operational Technology (OT) environments with a strong focus on NERC CIP compliance and cybersecurity. This role bridges engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations—ensuring that OT systems remain secure, reliable, and compliant while enabling modernization and digital transformation initiatives. The Sr. TPM drives project strategy, execution, and governance, partnering with stakeholders across IT, OT, compliance, and executive leadership. Client recently integrated with an acquired company. The heavy focus will be to make sure the integration goes well and acquired company OT, Industrial Sites are up to NERC/CIP compliance standards to help with a successful integration while mitigating risks. PROGRAM/PROJECT LEADERSHIP - Lead end to end delivery of OT and NERC CIP–related projects, including system upgrades, network segmentation, access control modernization, patching programs, and asset lifecycle initiatives. - Develop project charters, roadmaps, budgets, schedules, and resource plans for multi-year compliance and controls programs. - Manage cross-functional teams including OT engineers, cybersecurity analysts, compliance SMEs, vendors, and field technicians. - Oversee risk management, change control, and project governance for all assigned initiatives. Qualifications - 7–10+ years of experience in technical project or program management (Enterprise Integration Efforts Preferred) - Strong working knowledge of NERC CIP standards, audit processes, and compliance frameworks. - Hands-on experience with OT/ICS environments, including SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and industrial networking. - Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional technical teams in regulated environments. - Experience delivering cybersecurity or controls related projects in critical infrastructure (electric utility, gas, water, manufacturing, etc.).
