Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. - Manage the successful delivery of complex technical projects, following Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. - Focus on implementing and upgrading new business systems in conjunction with end user systems. - Monitor the project from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. - Organize cross-functional activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints. - Develop project scope, schedules, project plans, and budgets using tools such as Wrike, ADO, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office products. - Lead and execute multiple projects with tight deadlines to on-time and on-budget deliveries. - Develop communication plans and communications to project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors. - Schedule and conduct project team meetings for all ongoing projects and/or Planning days for Agile and Waterfall cadence and Demo days. - Manage all change requests and requirements related to the project. - Provide project leadership to project team members and across the IT organization. - Plan, schedule, and facilitate reviews/status of key software project lifecycle milestones and/or scrum deliverables with all levels – from project team members to executives. - Ensure that Project Management tools and/or agile methodologies are appropriately applied. - Oversee and maintain liaison between all parties concerned with the project to facilitate any changes or modifications and to resolve project problems including vendors. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required. - 5-8 years of experience within IT Project Management. - 5-8 years experience leading IT project teams in agile framework. - Experience collaborating with U.S. based and offshore teams. - Experience in cloud initiatives (AWS and Azure) preferred. - Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience a plus. - Comfortable leveraging generative AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support creative problem-solving in daily work activities. - Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
