• Manage the end-to-end development and delivery of thermal hardware across multiple spacecraft configurations • Collaborate with engineering teams to define performance and testing requirements for internally and externally developed components • Develop and execute project plans, including prioritization, scheduling, and delivery milestones • Provide regular project updates to leadership, including status on scope, schedule, and budget • Lead recurring meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors • Oversee component qualification and validation testing processes • Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies or escalate when necessary • Ensure timely completion of project documentation, including engineering drawings, procedures, and reports, and coordinate required reviews and approvals • Support broader mechanical or thermal engineering initiatives as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working on space, aerospace, or similar advanced engineering projects
  • Experience leading hardware development from concept through qualification and delivery
  • Familiarity with spacecraft thermal hardware components and systems
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth technical environments
