We are seeking a Program Analyst with experience utilizing the AMS Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) to support the NAVAIR Commercial Derivative Aircraft Program Office. This position will provide financial and programmatic analysis support focused on budget planning, funding execution, spend plan management, and acquisition tracking activities across a portfolio of commercial derivative aircraft programs. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting DoD financial management processes, strong analytical capabilities, and familiarity with NAVAIR acquisition and execution environments. Duties: + Provide programmatic and financial analysis support to the Commercial Derivative Aircraft Program Office + Develop, maintain, and analyze spend plans using the AMS Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) + Support budget formulation, funding execution tracking, and financial reconciliation activities + Monitor obligation and expenditure rates to ensure alignment with program execution goals + Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level briefings for leadership + Coordinate with IPT leads, business financial managers (BFMs), contracting personnel, and external stakeholders to support funding actions and program execution + Support development of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs, budget exhibits, and funding documentation + Analyze program risks, funding shortfalls, and execution trends and provide recommendations to leadership + Maintain program schedules, action item trackers, and data repositories, including SharePoint tools and reporting systems + Support acquisition reviews, audits, and data calls as required Required Education: + BA/BS degree Required Experience: + 3-10 years of relevant program analysis or financial management experience + Demonstrated experience using AMS Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) + Familiarity with DoD financial management and acquisition processes + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: + Experience supporting NAVAIR or Naval Aviation acquisition programs + Familiarity with Navy ERP, PRISM, and AMS financial systems + Experience supporting commercial derivative aircraft platforms or aviation programs + Knowledge of DoD 5000 series acquisition guidance and budget execution processes + Experience developing spend plans and supporting financial execution reviews Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The salary range for this position is $44,824.00-$117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
