• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic IT and business transformation projects including Salesforce platform transformation, SAP rollout and other enterprise system implementations. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and RAID logs throughout the full project lifecycle. • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring clear governance and accountability. • Track and report on project progress, milestones, budget consumption and risks, escalating issues to the IT PMO lead and Global IT Manager as appropriate. • Ensure adherence to Bimeda’s IT PMO standards, methodologies and governance frameworks. • Coordinate and lead project workstreams involving cross-functional and cross-regional teams across North America, LATAM, Europe, Africa and Asia. • Engage proactively with senior business and IT stakeholders, including regional CEOs, functional leads and executive sponsors, to align project objectives with business priorities. • Prepare and present clear, concise project status reports, steering committee packs and executive-level communications. • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications between business stakeholders and the IT delivery team. • Build and maintain effective working relationships with third-party vendors, system integrators and contract resource providers. • Coordinate internal IT resources across the Global Technical, Data & Analytics and Global Applications functions in support of project delivery. • Work with vendors and external partners to plan resource requirements, manage deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are met. • Contribute to the ongoing development and maturation of the Bimeda IT PMO, including templates, tooling, governance processes and reporting standards. • Share lessons learned and best practices across the project management community within Bimeda IT. • Support the Global IT Project Management lead in portfolio-level planning, capacity management and prioritization activities.

Role Description The Sr. Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads complex, multi-disciplinary projects across critical infrastructure Operational Technology (OT) environments with a strong focus on NERC CIP compliance and cybersecurity. This role bridges engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and operations—ensuring that OT systems remain secure, reliable, and compliant while enabling modernization and digital transformation initiatives. The Sr. TPM drives project strategy, execution, and governance, partnering with stakeholders across IT, OT, compliance, and executive leadership. Client recently integrated with an acquired company. The heavy focus will be to make sure the integration goes well and acquired company OT, Industrial Sites are up to NERC/CIP compliance standards to help with a successful integration while mitigating risks. PROGRAM/PROJECT LEADERSHIP - Lead end to end delivery of OT and NERC CIP–related projects, including system upgrades, network segmentation, access control modernization, patching programs, and asset lifecycle initiatives. - Develop project charters, roadmaps, budgets, schedules, and resource plans for multi-year compliance and controls programs. - Manage cross-functional teams including OT engineers, cybersecurity analysts, compliance SMEs, vendors, and field technicians. - Oversee risk management, change control, and project governance for all assigned initiatives. Role Description This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. - Manage the successful delivery of complex technical projects, following Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. - Focus on implementing and upgrading new business systems in conjunction with end user systems. - Monitor the project from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. - Organize cross-functional activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints. - Develop project scope, schedules, project plans, and budgets using tools such as Wrike, ADO, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office products. - Lead and execute multiple projects with tight deadlines to on-time and on-budget deliveries. - Develop communication plans and communications to project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors. - Schedule and conduct project team meetings for all ongoing projects and/or Planning days for Agile and Waterfall cadence and Demo days. - Manage all change requests and requirements related to the project. - Provide project leadership to project team members and across the IT organization. - Plan, schedule, and facilitate reviews/status of key software project lifecycle milestones and/or scrum deliverables with all levels – from project team members to executives. - Ensure that Project Management tools and/or agile methodologies are appropriately applied. - Oversee and maintain liaison between all parties concerned with the project to facilitate any changes or modifications and to resolve project problems including vendors. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required. - 5-8 years of experience within IT Project Management. - 5-8 years experience leading IT project teams in agile framework. - Experience collaborating with U.S. based and offshore teams. - Experience in cloud initiatives (AWS and Azure) preferred. - Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience a plus. - Comfortable leveraging generative AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support creative problem-solving in daily work activities. - Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
