• Делівері проєктів з дотриманням обмежень клієнтів (бюджет, обсяг, терміни), стандартів якості та кращих практик Uptech; • Збір та аналіз вимог до проєкту, формування технічної документації: бізнес-вимоги, user stories та use cases; • Створення детальних планів проєктів та контроль їх виконання за допомогою інструментів (Jira, Spreadsheets); • Ідентифікація та залучення стейкхолдерів протягом усього життєвого циклу проєкту; • Визначення потенційних ризиків та проактивні дії на випередження для вирішення проблем; • Управління проєктними командами, покращення процесів та контроль продуктивності команд; • Оцінка вартості запропонованих рішень на етапах pre-sale та розробки; • Проведення research-активностей, таких як юзер-інтерв’ю, аналіз конкурентів, UX-тести тощо.

• Manage Shopify and eCommerce website projects from planning to delivery. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, design, QA, and strategy. • Lead Agile workflows including sprint planning, standups, task tracking, and retrospectives. • Build and maintain project timelines, documentation, and status updates. • Translate business needs into actionable tasks and technical requirements. • Monitor project scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies. • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. • Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders. • Identify bottlenecks and help drive solutions to keep projects moving efficiently. • Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
