The ideal candidate will own tangible equity and hold co-founder status. - Create, own and manage significant deals till successful closure. - Own the entire sales cycle for HR and Talent Acquisition solutions, from prospecting to closing. - Present the company online with a distinguished presence. - Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition solutions. - Established network of clients within the HR and Talent Acquisition space is highly desirable. - Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales operations, preferably within HR tech, staffing, or recruitment. - Exceptional business development and client acquisition skills, with a history of exceeding targets. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks. - Experience in a co-founder or early-stage leadership role, understanding of equity and revenue-sharing models.
