• Responsible for the review of background check reports, security clearance packets, and other security functions for prospective employees. • Sending and reviewing background checks. • Updates records as appropriate to include background check statuses, clearance statuses, and uploading clearances into internal database. • Answering GWFS main/security phone line. • Supporting security staff in badging and other HQ requirements. • Daily updates need to be conducted for reporting purposes and to control/manage candidate pipeline. • Upload all necessary documentation onto various portal websites for review/submission. • Check clearance status in DISS for potential candidates given from recruiting. • Coordinates with the recruiting team to ensure the accuracy of documents collected. • Administer and troubleshoot other databases, update websites/SharePoint sites; run reports; perform database clean up tasks. • Other administrative tasks as needed

• Reporting to the Director of Procurement, the Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for the full lifecycle administration of subcontracts primarily in support of U.S. Government contracts, as well as non-commercial and select commercial requirements. • Ensure all subcontracting activities comply with company policies and procedures, prime contract requirements, FAR/DFAR regulations, and applicable state and local laws. • Provide proposal support by reviewing solicitations, identifying FAR/DFAR flow-down requirements, and assisting with subcontract pricing, assumptions, and exceptions. • Develop and issue RFPs/RFQs, conduct bidder conferences, evaluate proposals, and perform cost/price analyses to ensure fair and reasonable pricing. • Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions, including flow-down clauses, to achieve optimal value while mitigating risk. • Award, administer, and manage subcontracts through the complete lifecycle, including modifications, changes, and closeouts. • Monitor subcontractor performance, conduct regular evaluations, and address issues such as delays, quality concerns, or non-compliance. • Partner with internal stakeholders (Program Management, Contracts, Operations, Accounting, Quality, and Procurement) to forecast subcontract needs and align with program requirements. • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready subcontract files and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards. • Identify, qualify, and develop a reliable base of subcontractors using effective sourcing techniques. • Resolve subcontractor disputes, claims, and performance issues while protecting the company’s interests. • Stay current with regulatory changes, market conditions, and industry best practices that could impact subcontracting activities. • Recommend improvements to subcontracting policies, procedures, and processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. • Prepare subcontracting reports, metrics, and analyses for department and leadership review.
