• Support key employee life cycle processes such as new professionals, data management, absence management, transfers, leavers • Preparing global HR documentation, i.e. employment contracts, HR policies, country-specific onboarding guides • Organize and maintain employee records via our proprietary Platform • Benefits administration on behalf of customers & professionals • Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data • Carry out audits and checks on data changes • Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes • Communicate both verbally and in written form with professionals and our customers to explain and resolve queries • Support with review and renewal of company policies, and legal compliance • Communicate and liaise with GP partners/vendors • First point of contact for employees on any HR related inquiries
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of HR operations experience
- Proficient in both written and verbal English
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude
- Strong administration background
- Literacy with MS Office
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout EMEA region
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proven work experience in similar human resources positions
- Ability to work in international team
