• Assistance in managing and developing partners • Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions • Sending out communications to partners and collecting feedback • Managing project of news channels • Working on partners' requests (frequent questions, assistance with onboarding) • Assistance in all CRM chats
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B2+
- Proficiency in Russian - C1+
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims
- Experience in working with Google Workspace
