**Role Overview** The successful candidates will focus on high-volume outbound calling to generate business meetings and secure executive delegate attendance for international B2B events. This is a highly phone-driven role requiring confidence, resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to consistently perform against outbound activity targets. The role is best suited to individuals who genuinely enjoy outbound sales, are target-driven, and are motivated by performance-based incentives.
