• The full-time remote Supervisor, Learning & Development + People is responsible for designing, building, and delivering programs that develop employee capability, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience. • This is a hands-on builder role, requiring end-to-end ownership of content development and facilitation across all learning, leadership, and internal programming needs. • This individual translates business priorities into structured training programs, engaging workshops, and high-impact employee experiences. • While this role includes ownership of internal events, it is not an events coordination role — success is defined by the quality of content, strength of facilitation, and impact of programming. • Design and build all L&D content from scratch, including training decks, facilitator guides, exercises, and toolkits. • Lead and facilitate all learning sessions, including workshops, trainings, and interactive programs. • Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and translate them into structured programming. • Continuously refine programs based on feedback, engagement, and business needs.
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience
- Proven experience designing L&D programs, building content, and facilitating sessions
- Strong program management and event ownership experience
- Skilled in developing training materials, frameworks, and interactive learning experiences
- Confident, engaging presenter with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Must be open to travel domestically and internationally.
