Job Description

Product Enablement Business Partner

Sayari

• Translate Product to Profit: Partner closely with Product Marketing and Product Managers to translate complex technical features, AI/agentic workflows, and intricate data structures into highly consumable GTM enablement materials. This includes developing high-impact demo assets and leveraging interactive demo software (specifically Supademo) to build repeatable, field-ready client presentation workflows. • Drive Commercial Fluency: Own end-to-end product enablement for Sales and Customer Success (CS), ensuring teams can confidently articulate Sayari’s value proposition across our full suite of products and capabilities. • Own Agile Content & Curriculum: Design, build, and deliver high-impact learning experiences—including live interactive sessions, async courses, and solution certifications. Co-manage our content management system and LMS platform (Mindtickle) in close collaboration with the rest of the enablement team to continually optimize our learning architecture and keep our content fresh and accessible. • Drive Strategic Event Programming: As part of the enablement team’s mandate to create the programming for SKO, strategize, architect, and deliver the end-to-end live trainings and technical workshops, partnering closely with R&D and GTM leaders. • Scale with AI: Proactively leverage and integrate cutting-edge GenAI and AI-enabled tools to streamline content creation, accelerate localized global training, and scale enablement operations. • Act as the Cross-Functional Glue: Serve as an early-warning system for the business. Track GTM sentiment, identify product adoption friction points, and ask probing, analytical questions to Product Management to align product delivery with commercial realities. • Enable Yourself to Enable Others: Maintain a near-SME level understanding of Sayari’s target use cases, investigative workflows, and the corporate risk/supply chain data landscape.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, product marketing, or solutions engineering within a highly technical, data-heavy B2B SaaS environment.
  • OR A background as an investigative analyst, OSINT researcher, or risk professional (AML/KYC, supply chain risk) looking to transition into operations and enablement.
  • Domain Literacy: A strong foundational understanding of corporate risk, supply chain data, or investigative analysis workflows. You must be able to "speak the language" of our users and customers from day one.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Proven experience administering and building content, as well as learning design. Experience with Mindtickle is a huge plus.
  • AI Fluency: Highly capable and enthusiastic about working with GenAI tools to build content, analyze data, and optimize internal workflows.
  • Radical Autonomy: A self-starter who thrives in a lean team environment. You take initiative, solve problems proactively, and deliver results without needing to be micromanaged.
  • Grace Under Pressure: A collaborative demeanor with the emotional intelligence to manage demanding internal stakeholders, navigate stress, and influence busy GTM leaders.
  • Coachability & Curiosity: A strong desire to learn, adapt to a rapidly growing product portfolio, and actively implement feedback to grow in the role.

Benefits

  • 100% fully paid medical, vision, and dental for employees and their dependents
  • Generous time off; we observe all US federal holidays, close our office for a winter break (12/24-12/31), in addition to granting 18 PTO days and 10 sick days
  • Outstanding compensation package; competitive commissions for revenue roles and bonuses for non-revenue positions
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Eligibility to participate in additional benefits such as 401k match up to 5%, 100% paid life insurance (up to $100,000 coverage), and parental leave
  • A collaborative and positive culture - your team will be as smart and driven as you
