Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience recruiting top talent within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions, including technical and business roles
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load while maintaining strong candidate experience and hiring quality
- Data-oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to use data to drive talent acquisition analysis and decision making.
