Technical AI Learning Architect – Fixed-Term Contract

FYXER

• Architect and support AI-enabled learning and knowledge solutions • Help shape scalable AI workflows and technical learning experiences • Advise on AI tooling, automation, and platform capabilities • Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions • Support prototyping, testing, and iteration of AI-driven experiences • Collaborate across product, operations, engineering, and delivery teams • Evaluate and recommend scalable technical approaches and integrations • Identify risks, technical constraints, and implementation considerations early • Support technical decision-making across AI product and learning ecosystems • Contribute to best practices around AI-enabled delivery and workflows

Job Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience working with AI products, tools, or platforms
  • Technical background spanning architecture, systems design, or technical solutioning
  • Experience building or supporting AI-enabled workflows or products
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving technical environments
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and implementation mindset
  • Experience evaluating scalable platform or workflow solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience within learning technology, knowledge platforms, or digital transformation environments (Highly Desirable)
  • Exposure to AI workflow automation and enterprise AI tooling (Highly Desirable)
  • Consulting, freelance, or transformation programme experience (Highly Desirable)
  • Experience working across product and infrastructure teams (Highly Desirable)
