Job Description

B2B Associate Technical Project Manager

Avantor

• Facilitate customer communications (email, conference calls), as related to b2b testing requirements. • Track the status of customer testing and coordinate timing for production migrations. • Implementation management for standard b2b integration projects. • Enable integrations with B2B marketplaces and eProcurement applications. • Analyzes processes, as compared to business needs, and recommends system or process improvements. • Assists and/or leads internal or external project teams. • Lead or contribute to digital transformation projects. • Completes quality projects on the agreed upon date. • Interacts well and builds good working relationships with all project players. • Proactive communication with customers that have not responded to requests for testing. • Manage contact database for customer technical and business resources. • Communicates with managers, leads, and technicians of other teams to help resolve support issues. • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 2-4+ years of technical project management
  • 1 - 3+ years applicable experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • General problem solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Ability to facilitate customer conference calls
  • Self-Motivated; High energy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to understand technical process and systems; Quick learner
