Role Description The Client Advocacy Marketing Intern will support the Client Advocacy and Marketing teams through data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and presentation development. This role offers hands-on experience working with customer insights, Salesforce data, branding initiatives, and strategic marketing projects. The intern will collaborate cross-functionally to help identify trends, improve data quality, and support future client engagement strategies. - Build various data visualizations and perform analytical reporting to support client advocacy initiatives - Review Salesforce records to identify and resolve duplicate accounts and client entries - Analyze testing center data and assist in developing forecasting models to support strategic planning - Partner with the Marketing team, including Amy Dulara and Allison Hallock, to learn branding standards, marketing strategy, templates, and style requirements - Analyze and interpret Net Promoter Score (NPS) data to identify trends and actionable insights - Compare Salesforce reporting data with previously provided documentation to validate consistency and accuracy - Develop presentations summarizing year-over-year findings, trends, and projected expectations for future survey results - Support ongoing reporting and client experience improvement initiatives Qualifications - Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools preferred - Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Interest in marketing strategy, client experience, and data-driven decision-making Requirements - Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly - Experience creating presentations for business audiences - Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn cross-functional processes - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Learning Opportunities - Exposure to client advocacy and marketing operations - Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and data management - Insight into branding strategy, marketing standards, and customer experience analytics - Opportunity to contribute to strategic forecasting and executive-level presentations
