Wing Assistant
• Conduct the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure • Build and maintain strong client relationships with international prospects • Conduct virtual meetings and product demos with decision-makers • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation efforts • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and report on pipeline progress • Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results. • Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling the results in a datasheet or report. • Conduct general administration tasks. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact. • Ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of end-to-end B2B/B2G sales experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience working with US/UK or Australian clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
