• Respond to patient inquiries through chat, email, and internal messaging with clarity, warmth, and professionalism. • Break down complex topics (billing, CPT codes, coverage, device returns, etc.) into simple, patient‑friendly explanations. • Maintain a consistent tone that reflects Salvo’s values: supportive, empowering, and solution‑oriented. • Follow up proactively until each issue is fully resolved — no loose ends. • Document all interactions clearly and accurately so the next agent or clinician can pick up without confusion. • Follow established workflows for benefit checks, escalations, and provider‑office boundaries. • Ensure all information given to patients is consistent with Salvo policies and updated processes. • Troubleshoot patient issues related to the app, onboarding, or device setup before escalating. • Identify recurring issues and flag them to leadership with context and examples. • Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and process updates. • Monitor Slack for team tags and respond promptly when not on calls. • Partner with Engagement to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned messaging. • Support teammates by sharing knowledge, answering questions, and maintaining a positive, accountable culture. • Show up on time, prepared, and camera‑ready for meetings and trainings. • Take ownership of your queue, your follow‑ups, and your accuracy. • Ask questions when unsure and seek clarity rather than guessing.

• Perform outbound calls to engage patients of practices and health systems in a discussion about the benefits of Salvo’s program and tech-enabled services • Enroll patients in Salvo’s program and schedule an initial virtual nurse visit to formally onboard patients to Salvo’s wraparound GI care service • Use established call guides and FAQs to engage and educate patients, and use judgment and written guidelines to respond to questions and objections • Assist patients in understanding the cost of the program, including answering questions to ensure they are well-informed about their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities. • Ensure the highest quality customer service in every interaction and deliver high quality follow-up in responding to inbound calls and voicemails • Accountable for meeting daily, weekly, monthly, or annual key performance indicators (KPIs) • Role is M-F with 8 hour shifts

• Own and drive product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration across multiple product areas (platform, patient experience, internal tools, etc). • Translate business, clinical, and user problems into clear product requirements • Partner closely with engineering to: • Define and scope requirements for complex initiatives • Make decisions about tradeoffs and broker discussions about technical constraints • Lead backlog grooming, estimation, and sprint planning • Partner during development to unblock the team and navigate unknowns • Collaborate deeply with design: • Provide thoughtful design feedback grounded in user needs and business goals • Ensure UX decisions align with product strategy and feasibility • Drive continuous improvement in user experience, operational performance, and scalability • Define success metrics and think analytically on a per-feature basis: • Identify KPIs, instrumentation needs, and opportunities for iteration • Use data to inform prioritization and product decisions • Communicate clearly and proactively with cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, tradeoffs, and feature releases • Partner with stakeholders (clinical, operations, and care teams) to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and constraints. • Work closely with product leadership to ensure alignment on strategy while owning execution details

• Build and own Salvo's health system go-to-market motion from the ground up - defining the target account list, entry strategy, and partnership frameworks. • Identify and cultivate relationships with economic buyers inside health systems: service line leaders, CMOs, VP/SVP of Ambulatory, and population health executives. • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder contracting processes and translate Salvo's value proposition into system-friendly language (quality, access, total cost of care). • Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations teams to ensure that health system partnerships are structured for long-term success. • Develop and refine materials, case studies, and ROI models that resonate with health system audiences. • Grow and close new GI MSO partnerships, building on our existing relationships with United Digestive, Gastro Health, and Allied Digestive. • Map the economic buyer landscape in PE-backed MSO structures - identifying who controls contracting decisions and how to align incentives across practice administrators, physician partners, and PE sponsors. • Manage a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting, deal stage hygiene, and consistent velocity. • Drive deal cycles with urgency while maintaining the relationship depth that GI MSO partnerships require. • Represent Salvo at GI-specific industry events and networks (DHPA, AGA, DDW) to build brand and source deals. • Partner with marketing, clinical, and product teams to refine positioning, develop materials, and respond to RFPs. • Provide market intelligence on health system trends, competitive dynamics, and partnership models back to executive leadership. • As Salvo scales, help define the BD team structure and contribute to hiring and onboarding future BD talent.

• Contribute to the development of our web, mobile, and backend applications. • Partner with Product and Design to guide the direction of our products, integrations, and technology. • Integrate third-party technologies including medical devices and EHRs into our platform. • Use cutting-edge generative AI techniques to build intelligence into our clinical platform.

• Provide exceptional care, disease management and health education to patients • Support goal setting for individual patients asynchronously to help them better manage their chronic conditions • Create personalized action plans with guidelines to reduce or eliminate unwanted behaviors • Help clients understand their motivations and create behavior change plans • Conduct regular outreach to patients, based on their needs and preferences, to support engagement and elicit behavior change • Coordinate with other clinical team members to provide an exceptional patient experience • Develop and maintain professional, support-oriented working relationships with patients and team members • Create and distribute health education materials to individual members as necessary • Work with a cross-functional product team to develop and constantly improve our in-app patient experience
