Cash Posting Coordinator

Role Description The Cash Posting Coordinator is responsible for account reviews and data entry of information by performing administrative and clerical duties. Interact primarily with the cash posting and refund teams. Assist leadership in assuring confidentiality is maintained and HIPAA compliance is adhered to. - Download EOBs, ERAs (835), bank reports, bank details, external collection monthly statements, merchant batch details and reports from various websites; review and work appropriately, rename files per department guidelines if necessary - Index appropriate documents in electronic records program - Process live checks and credit card payments - Upload deposit details and refund submissions to CBS Portal per client guidelines (CBS only) - Manage Cash Posting incoming fax - Post Denials per daily report and/or incoming ERAs - Mail out Overpayment letters (PBS only) - Other Duties as assigned Qualifications - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Dependable and self-motivated - Ability to be a team player with a professional attitude - Intermediate with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook Requirements - Regular scheduled attendance - Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling - 0% Benefits - For more information on our industry-leading benefits, please visit our benefits page here.
