Sales Administrator
Everbridge
• Manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns, events, and partner channels in Salesforce. • Distribute leads promptly to the appropriate sales representatives or regional teams based on assignment rules and SLAs. • Monitor lead follow-up activity and provide regular reports on response times and lead conversion. • Maintain lead quality and data hygiene across the CRM. • Assist in managing Salesforce dashboards and updating pipeline reports. • Support opportunity creation, account ownership updates, and territory alignment. • Help implement and optimize workflows to improve sales efficiency and data accuracy. • Coordinate with the Global Demand Center to ensure lead flow aligns with marketing campaigns and regional priorities. • Schedule and coordinate internal sales meetings, training, and communications. • Support onboarding of new sales reps with CRM access and process guidance. • Help produce regular performance and forecast reports for leadership. • Troubleshoot data and process issues as needed.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in sales administration, sales operations, or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) and comfortable handling large data sets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with reporting, dashboards, and data hygiene.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, global environment.
