Role Description We are looking for a hands-on and highly analytical Head of Growth to lead scalable acquisition across multiple Business Units. This role combines growth strategy, paid acquisition, organic growth, regional expansion, and event-driven pipeline development. The ideal candidate has strong experience in crypto, fintech, payments, trading, Web3, or a similar digital product environment and understands how to build acquisition systems in markets where standard growth playbooks do not always work. This is not a brand marketing or purely strategic role. We are looking for someone who can work with data, channels, agencies, and teams directly — and turn marketing activity into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Develop and improve acquisition strategy across multiple Business Units. - Build and manage channel strategy across paid, organic, regional, and event-driven acquisition. - Lead paid acquisition and performance marketing initiatives, focusing on CAC, activation, payback, channel efficiency, and scalable growth. - Audit existing acquisition channels and identify opportunities to improve performance. - Manage, evaluate, and optimize external agencies, vendors, and performance partners. - Define the right paid vs organic acquisition mix by product, market, and business priority. - Support organic growth across SEO, GEO, content distribution, website traffic, and AI-driven discovery channels. - Work with regional marketing teams to support growth in priority markets. - Develop events as a measurable acquisition and pipeline channel, not only as a brand activity. - Improve growth reporting, attribution, funnel visibility, experimentation, and performance analysis. - Partner closely with CMO, Business Unit leaders, Product Marketing, Sales, BD, regional teams, and performance managers. - Support the adoption of AI tools in marketing workflows, research, analytics, content, and operations. - Help the team move from analysis to execution quickly and consistently. Key KPIs - Marketing attributed revenue across Business Units, based on 90-day cohorts. - Qualified demand generated: MQLs and activated users. - Activation rate from growth channels. - Organic channel growth, including SEO and GEO. - Regional user growth across priority markets. - Event pipeline: MQLs generated per event and cost per MQL. - Organic vs paid acquisition mix. - Blended CAC by product and channel. - CAC payback period. - CAC:LTV ratio. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, acquisition, performance marketing, or a similar role. - Proven experience in crypto, fintech, payments, trading, Web3, or a closely related digital product environment. - Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition and performance marketing. - Solid understanding of CAC, activation, attribution, funnel conversion, LTV, payback, and unit economics. - Experience building or improving channel strategy and channel mix. - Understanding of organic growth, SEO, GEO, content-led acquisition, and website traffic growth. - Experience managing external agencies, vendors, or performance partners. - Ability to work with dashboards, campaign performance, agency reports, and acquisition data directly. - Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on business impact. - Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, BD, Product, regional teams, and senior leadership. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment with imperfect processes. - Strong English communication skills. Nice to Have - Experience with B2C digital products or high-volume user acquisition. - Experience launching or scaling growth in LATAM, APAC, Europe, CIS, MENA, or other international markets. - Experience with event-driven pipeline, field marketing, or event ROI. - Experience with alternative acquisition channels in restricted or semi-regulated industries. - Experience using AI tools in marketing, analytics, content, research, or operations. - Previous experience in a matrix organization or multi-BU environment. Requirements - 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, acquisition, performance marketing, or a similar role. Benefits - Remote-first company — work from anywhere in the world. - Fully flexible working hours. - Extended time off: 20 paid vacation days + 12 bonus days per year. - 100% paid sick leave. - Paid English lessons via iTalki. - Professional growth support: courses, certifications, and training programs. - Real impact and ownership in fintech and crypto projects. - Corporate benefits: EMCD product discounts and mining infrastructure access. - Payment in USDT or 4Dev. - Employment via Service Agreement. - Compensation is not capped and is discussed based on your expectations and experience.

Role Description The Director of Audience Growth is responsible for the size, activity, and retention of the registered HCP audience. This role owns the mandate to stabilize the audience base, reverse erosion, and grow active, engaged HCPs quarter over quarter. This is a hands-on operator role. The Director personally builds journeys in the ESP, configures segments in the CDP, runs experiments, reads dashboards, and authors briefs. The role leads the Commercial Operations Manager and the campaign delivery team, and partners closely with Product, Content, Sales, and Data. Commercial campaigns serve as a signal source for this role. Every sponsored send to an HCP is a behavioral data point about that physician's interests, engagement state, fatigue, and channel preference. The Director extracts that intelligence and feeds it back into acquisition, segmentation, lifecycle, and reactivation programs, and sets the suppression and frequency rules that protect audience health while commercial campaigns are in flight. Qualifications - Reactivation and Retention - Registration Funnel and Conversion Rate Optimization - Acquisition Channel Ownership - Commercial Signal Integration Requirements - Build, send, QA, and iterate lifecycle journeys in Iterable (or equivalent ESP) personally: onboarding, early-tenure engagement, mid-life retention, at-risk intervention, win-back. - Run a continuous reactivation engine against dormant and at-risk HCPs; own the trigger logic, content strategy, and frequency rules. - Run a structured churn-analysis cadence — quantitative cohort decay reads plus qualitative HCP feedback — and convert findings into experiments within the same quarter. - Own deliverability as retention infrastructure: list hygiene, suppression strategy, sender reputation, inbox placement. Partner with the email deliverability and martech specialists. - Own end-to-end performance of the HCP registration funnel: traffic-to-registered-HCP conversion, NPI verification completion, profile completeness, time-to-first-engagement. - Run an always-on experimentation program against registration pages, gated-content forms, progressive profiling flows, and email/landing combinations. Personally write the hypothesis, configure the test, read the result, and decide the next move. - Maintain a documented learning library: every experiment, every result, every decision. Treat the library as a core deliverable of the role. - Partner with Product and UX to remove friction in sign-up and reactivation flows; bring quantified business cases, not opinions. - Operate a measurable acquisition channel mix with cost-per-registered-HCP and lifetime-engagement targets per channel: SEO, programmatic, society and journal partnerships, content syndication, KOL/HCP referral, paid social on HCP-permitted platforms, and email-driven referral. - Establish SEO as a core acquisition pillar with explicit organic-traffic-to-registration KPIs; partner with Content on the content side and own the conversion side. - Build and maintain a partnership pipeline with medical societies, association newsletters, and publishing partners for sustained low-CAC HCP acquisition. - Read commercial campaign engagement data — opens, clicks, completed quizzes and surveys, downstream behavior, fatigue signals — as continuous input into the audience model. Translate findings into segmentation refinements, lifecycle adjustments, and acquisition-channel learnings. - Set and enforce suppression, frequency, and fatigue governance across endemic and commercial sends so that sponsored programs do not erode the audience that makes them possible. - Provide audience intelligence forward to the Commercial Operations Manager and Sales: which segments are active and receptive, which are fatigued, which messages and channels work for which physician archetypes. The Commercial Ops team designs the campaign; this role makes that design audience-aware. - Close the loop: every commercial campaign produces a documented set of audience-side learnings within two weeks of flight end. This is the connective tissue, made operational. Benefits - Base Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 - bonus eligible - Backed by experienced leadership and stable funding - Opportunity to build sales strategy from the ground up in a high-growth environment - Remote-friendly with flexibility (EST timezone preferred)
