Business Development Representative

• With a ‘One Team’ mentality, promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. • Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with customers. • Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why PuroClean® is the best cleaning and restoration company. • Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. • Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met. • Established sales goals are met or exceeded. • Customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. • Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. • Customer jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations. • Building brand awareness, promoting the ‘One Team’ culture and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people.
  • Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting.
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines.
  • Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
