The Inside Sales Representative manages and grows small to mid-sized customer accounts (1--99 locations) within the fixture sales division, serving as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, website and configurator leads, and regional market opportunities. This position plays a critical role in developing the independent customer segment, driving revenue growth, and delivering a high-quality customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support.
