• The Inside Sales Account Manager is a quota-carrying role responsible for owning and growing a defined territory of named mid-market accounts. • The primary focus is expanding existing customers through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-site deployments of ChargePoint’s EV charging hardware, software, and services. • This role blends strategic account planning with disciplined sales execution. • You will engage directly with customers, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage channel partners to drive both expansion revenue and selective new customer acquisition within your territory.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in an Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account expansion
- Experience selling complex solutions, including hardware, software, or infrastructure-based offerings
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Proficiency with CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
