Role Description We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale our paid marketing engine and drive measurable growth across multiple channels. You’ll own our ad campaigns on Google, Meta & LinkedIn, experiment with new growth levers, and help us optimize the full funnel, from ad click to conversion. - Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Search, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. - Analyzing performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and making data-driven optimization decisions. - Collaborating with design and content teams to create ad creatives and landing pages that convert. - Running experiments to improve website conversion rates and lead quality. - Helping test new organic channels (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram) to expand our growth footprint. - Staying ahead of performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our growth engine sharp. - Owning day-to-day social media across our Platform Engineering brands by building systems to automate scheduling, defining a clear social strategy. - Tracking social performance and continuously iterating on formats, hooks, and posting cadence to improve reach and engagement over time. Qualifications - 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. - Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. - Strong interest in AI and automation, ideally with hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms. - A data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and acting fast. - Some experience managing social media calendars and understanding content performance metrics. - Curious, experimental, and proactive. You like testing new formats, learning fast, and iterating often. - Excellent written and spoken English.
