Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite The Creative Design Manager is responsible for leading high-impact design initiatives that support internal and external communications, product promotions and division wide programs. You will execute the creative vision by translating complex business objectives and communication strategies into compelling, brand-aligned visual solutions that inform, engage and inspire. As a senior individual contributor and design leader, you will own complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution, ensuring creative excellence, consistency and effectiveness across channels. Partnering closely with Communications, Marketing, and business unit leaders, you will serve as a trusted collaborator who elevates visual storytelling and drives clarity, engagement and alignment in a highly matrixed, global organization. What you will do: Manage creative design strategy by developing design concepts that align with communication goals, brand guidelines and business priorities. Oversee the design process, serving as a design partner to stakeholders, providing guidance on visual storytelling, messaging hierarchy, and design best practices. Lead planning and execution of design projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring timelines, expectations, and deliverables are clearly defined and met. Own creative development for major initiatives and divisional programs, including leadership communications, change initiatives and large-scale events. Contribute to defining and evolving creative standards, templates and visual systems that scale across the organization. Ensure all design work strengthens brand alignment and supports a cohesive, professional visual identity. Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences. Design visual assets across a variety of formats, including presentations, campaign graphics, digital channels, event collateral and more. What you need: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 8 years of professional graphic design experience post Bachelors. Experience building marketing campaigns, digital, and physical materials in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Must be able to provide a portfolio showcasing a range of projects, with an emphasis on brand consistency, storytelling and impact Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed corporate environment Training on and/or experience with UI/UX fundamentals and digital content design Experience using collaborative platforms like Miro, FigJam, or Figma Demonstrated experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com Experience leading or contributing to large-scale events or campaigns (National Sales Meetings, product launches) $89,300 - $148,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
