• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs to achieve individual and team targets. • Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of leads through the sales funnel. • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. • Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase the volume of potential sales opportunities. • Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. • Create and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales goals. • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the BDR team. • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development. • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a project or people management position
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales automation tools and CRM systems
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
