• Drive growth and expand market opportunities for Aerojet Rocketdyne Missile Solutions sector • Conduct customer and stakeholder engagements to cultivate relationships with U.S. Government agencies • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion • Establish win strategies and capture plans to shape opportunities • Actively manage internal discretionary resources to capture new business opportunities • Maintain accurate customer relations and status entries • Support Account Manager for the MS Advanced Programs portfolio
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Business Development experience in the missile propulsion and energetics market
- Experience with Defense programs
- Ability to direct and control overall organizational resources
- Contact network with U.S. Government customers/stakeholders and missile Prime contractors
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
