Account Manager
Beyondsoft
• Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention. • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across a broad range of IT services, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. • Clearly articulate the value of Microsoft solutions—including Azure cloud migration, Modern Workplace (M365), Security services, and Data & AI—and align them with client business objectives. • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within existing accounts. • Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, and Marketing to craft compelling proposals, accurately scope projects, and ensure seamless service delivery. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage pipeline activity, and update account records using the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close complex service agreements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT services sales or account management, ideally within a multinational or global organization.
- Demonstrated success in selling and positioning Microsoft-centric solutions (Azure, M365, Security, etc.). Experience with the Microsoft partner ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals. Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with Microsoft’s partner landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English. Capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description Manage Dendreon’s vendor apheresis collection accounts from site selection through on-going business management in designated region.
