eCommerce Account Manager

• Lead client accounts and work with the media and content leads to ensure that all client accounts are managed effectively and strategically • Develop and lead strategic presentations and business reviews for the client to incorporate inputs across all disciplines that relate to their business objectives and make educated, well-researched recommendations for future activity • Build client trust by educating them on how to be successful in all aspects of Amazon and other marketplaces • Create a roadmap for new work streams and manage various projects with our internal teams to proactively develop the account • Partner with sophisticated clients to drive marketplace strategies and growth initiatives. This includes developing brand strategies, marketing and promotional planning, QBRs, resolving client escalations, and overseeing general Amazon business management and operations to ensure sustained growth and operational excellence • Understand client needs and consult with them from a holistic perspective to unlock the best possible results both on and off Amazon and other marketplaces • Be the internal advocate for your client, understand/ monitor team progress on completion of tasks and communicate this with the client, regularly check their Amazon account, review reporting • Work cross-functionally with sales, retail, media, and creative teams to drive revenue and increase client satisfaction • Own all client meetings, presentations, and documents. Collaboratively create decks, own client call notes, and share recaps, action items, and priorities with clients • Lead communications and manage client expectations and priorities as needed. Ensure that we are building trust as a team with the client • Leverage Amazon’s data and your understanding of Podean’s customers to guide both new and existing clients via business reviews and frequent client sessions • Lead the way in helping clients problem-solve challenges and issues they encounter. We are creative and collaborative in our solutions. • Stay up to date on all things Amazon and communicate Amazon updates, changes, and new opportunities with clients • Once the Amazon foundations are in place, partner with clients to innovate both on and off Amazon
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, eCommerce, or marketing
- An understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including advertising, retail, and knowledge of Amazon’s tools, mechanisms, and programs
- Strong client relationship management skills, excelling in aligning on business goals, creating strategic plans, and driving execution to exceed objectives
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, from entry-level employees to managers, tailoring messaging to suit diverse audiences
- Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent project management abilities and a proven ability to handle ambiguity while maintaining accountability
- Ability to multitask across priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth mindset with integrity, accountability, and the ability to build and sustain strong relationships
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools essential for client and team success.

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Shopify Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in the Shopify ecosystem, a strong grasp of headless architecture, and experience leading enterprise-scale development initiatives. You'll be responsible for building scalable, high-performance eCommerce solutions using Shopify (including Hydrogen/Storefront API), Gadget.dev, and headless CMS platforms like Contentful, Sanity, or Strapi.
