Role Description The Senior Director, VA Product Leader is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, positioning, and execution of the company’s Virtual Assistant (VA) product line. This role serves as the internal subject matter expert and executive owner for the VA offering, partnering closely with sales and leadership teams to expand market presence and drive product innovation. - Lead the strategic direction and development of the Virtual Assistant product line - Own and manage the product roadmap, lifecycle, and growth initiatives for VA services - Partner with the sales organization to support client-facing efforts and position VA solutions effectively with enterprise clients - Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple industry verticals, including mortgage, insurance, and related sectors - Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning strategies to strengthen product differentiation - Build and maintain industry relationships within mortgage, insurance, and adjacent financial services markets - Collaborate cross-functionally to align product strategy, operational execution, and client outcomes - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform product evolution and expansion - Serve as the primary internal specialist and strategic leader for the VA product offering - Provide leadership and direction for scaling the VA business across new markets and enterprise accounts - Comply with all company policies and procedures - Maintain regular and punctual attendance Other Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs other related duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities: - This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. - Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University - 8–12+ years of experience in product management, business development, strategic partnerships, or related leadership roles - 5+ years of experience within the virtual assistant services industry, business process outsourcing (BPO), or related service-based industries preferred - Demonstrated success leading or scaling a product line, service offering, or strategic business initiative - Strong product strategy, market development, and go-to-market experience with a focus on scalable growth - Experience supporting enterprise sales efforts through product expertise and consultative solution positioning - Familiarity with the mortgage industry preferred; experience in insurance, financial services, or adjacent industries also valued - Established professional network within mortgage, insurance, or financial services industries preferred - Proven ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment - Strong executive presence, communication, relationship-building, analytical, and strategic thinking skills Requirements - None Required Benefits - None specified Work Environment - The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Work is normally performed in a typical interior office work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements. - The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
