Senior Cost Analyst – DoW
General Dynamics Information Technology
• Develop Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs) and Government cost estimates for programs • Analyze Microsoft Excel cost models, including use of risk analysis tool add-ins • Create, review, and analyze cost estimates using the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT) • Develop and assist in analyzing cost and schedule risk-adjusted estimates and analyses • Provide financial management expertise in coordination with program financial analysts • Assist in the consolidation of budgetary data and conduct trend analyses • Develop presentations and brief executive leadership on cost positions and budget changes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years’ work experience developing life-cycle cost estimates (LCCE) in support of DoW programs
- Understanding of cost estimating principles and procedures
- Knowledge of the DoD 5000
- Experience with the use of automated cost estimating integrated tool (ACEIT) suite
- Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
