Recruiter – PMO Support Specialist
Ignite IT - Innovation & Technology
• Support full lifecycle recruiting activities for technical, program management, cybersecurity, cloud, and corporate positions. • Source, screen, coordinate, and track candidates across multiple active programs and proposals. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, partners, and customers. • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Assist with onboarding coordination, contingent offer management, and staffing pipeline tracking. • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future contract opportunities. • Support surge hiring efforts tied to new contract awards and task order wins. PMO & Proposal Support • Assist PMO leadership with proposal development activities, including staffing coordination, resume formatting, compliance tracking, and recruiting support for key personnel. • Contribute to proposal management efforts by coordinating inputs, tracking action items, and supporting deliverable deadlines. • Support strategic growth initiatives by helping identify and engage qualified talent aligned to upcoming opportunities. • Assist with maintaining staffing trackers, recruitment metrics, and PMO reporting dashboards. Staff Engagement & Internal Operations • Assist with coordinating employee onboarding and transition activities across programs. • Help develop and improve internal PMO processes, templates, and best practices. • Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on operational excellence and employee success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, PMO, or federal contracting experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal government contracting environments.
- Familiarity with proposal staffing and key personnel recruitment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Workable.
- Exposure to proposal management, capture support, or PMO operations.
- Experience supporting employee engagement or internal communications initiatives.

Role Description The Order Processing Coordinator will build and process delivery orders remotely from one's home and/or corporate office for multiple master depots (warehouses) and shuttle carriers daily that align with efficiencies for company field sales and warehousing as directed by leadership. This position will also supervise and report inventory discrepancies. This person will work a Sunday-Thursday shift. - Process delivery orders in Encompass software. - Provide electronic communications on load sheets, manifests, pick sheets, and any direction outside normal loading schedules to 3rd party run and company run master depots, and 3rd party carriers and company run shuttles. - Use a computer to retrieve product codes, part numbers, product quantities, location information, etc. - Properly reconcile inbound purchase verifications. - Communicate any inventory discrepancies in SAP and master depot daily inventory snapshots. - Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent. - 2+ years of related experience. - Intermediate communication skills (both written and verbal), PC skills, and basic math and reading skills.
