• Manage projects from customer purchase order through completion, overseeing all phases including design, construction, and deployment • Drive projects to meet the full range of customer contractual requirements • Work effectively across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum • Own the project Management of Change (MoC) and Request for Information (RFI) processes • Manage detailed project schedules and coordinate key milestones related to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning • Track project budgets and analyze risks to inform decision-making and tradeoffs • Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders • Analyze and evaluate complex project challenges, developing creative solutions that minimize impacts to project timelines and costs • Conduct regular fabricator visits during the fabrication phase and site visits during construction and commissioning to assess progress and work with responsible teams to resolve issues • Onboard and manage external resources to support project management objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience leading plant projects in petrochemical refining, renewable energy assets, gas processing, or power systems through the full project lifecycle
- Experience serving as the primary customer point of contact for major equipment or plant projects
- Understanding of EU project execution requirements and best practices
- Fluent in English
- Spanish fluency preferred
- Experience executing projects in Spain preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time during key project phases

The Role We're looking for a program owner to help manage the end-to-end Bank Partnerships Marketing Collateral Review program. Sitting within the Issuing team and reporting to the Bank Partnerships Marketing and Oversight Lead, you will support the process that moves marketing and collateral materials from internal conception through bank partner review and approval. You'll drive continuous improvement across tooling, workflow, and partner engagement-proactively building solutions (including AI-enabled ones) that reduce cycle time, improve quality, and scale with Block's growth. Role Description The Senior Program Manager will lead cross-functional delivery operations across a portfolio of scientific software products supporting modeling and simulation for drug discovery and development.
