Role Description We are looking for a Field Engineer for a Texas-based remote role responsible for owning field operations at Electric Hydrogen’s West Texas (Pecos) plant. This position serves as the primary on-site technical resource, ensuring reliable operation, successful commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of the EH2 plant, while also providing support for other EH2 sites as needed. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, supporting field execution while partnering closely with operations, engineering, and product teams. This role includes hands-on troubleshooting, customer/site engagement, and continuous improvement of field operations. This role requires significant travel during the 2026 commissioning phase, including extended on-site assignments at the Pecos plant. Travel demands are expected to decrease following customer handover in 2027, transitioning primarily to preventive maintenance and reactive support needs. Work schedules may include extended hours, weekends, holiday coverage, and urgent off-hours support as needed. Remote work flexibility is available when not on-site. All travel-related expenses, including lodging and meals, are covered by Electric Hydrogen.
