• Embed yourself in assigned business function to deeply understand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities • Proactively identify analytical opportunities before stakeholders ask—hunt for insights that drive action • Design and lead experiments, A/B tests, and pilots with clear success metrics and measurement frameworks • Deliver insights with clear recommendations and next steps, not just data summaries • Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that enable ongoing business monitoring • Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency • Develop forecasting and predictive models to support strategic planning and resource allocation • Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that drive stakeholder action • Train business partners on self-service analytics tools and metrics definitions • Create documentation and resources that enable stakeholders to answer basic questions independently • Serve as the data expert for your business area, ensuring consistent interpretation of metric

• Develop strategies for monitoring and preventing fraud across our network, advising on best practices and ensuring the strategies align with risk management goals. • Leverage advanced data analytics to identify loss drivers, derive insights and optimize fraud management strategies • Report on fraud trends and loss drivers to cross functional partners and senior management • Quickly respond to fraud rings and ensure issues raised by other teams are addressed in a timely manner • Work together with our operations team to help limit losses and ensure optimal review volumes • Assist with evaluation and development of new external or internal features/signals to improve our fraud detection capabilities • Assist with team planning and goal setting as well as coaching and mentorship of more junior team members

• Run ad hoc queries and answer questions submitted by customers and internal stakeholders. • Lead projects to produce new reports: Coordinate with stakeholders to define the need, iterate on the design, work with technical team to create underlying data pipelines. • Lead select analytics projects depending on team need – projects may include product analytics, clinical analytics or business analytics. • Troubleshoot issues with automated reports. • Contribute to team documentation. • React to stakeholders needs in a timely manner (typically within a day or sooner). • Recognize and troubleshoot reporting issues with urgency (also within a day). • Manage at least 1-2 longer term projects in addition to the daily stakeholder management and troubleshooting.

• Operate in a data analyst capacity and learn from senior members of the team • Filter and “clean” pricing and reference data by reviewing internal reports • Assist with normalizing, cleaning, enriching and mapping data to help maintain company’s reference database • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify issues and recommend appropriate methods to resolve data integrity concerns • Identify patterns and outliers in large data sets to help continuously improve our product offerings • Produce data-driven data samples and reports for our clients • Liaise with internal groups to refresh and test data and platform features matters as necessary
