Role Description Fulfillment Domain (in Cimpress Technology) enables fulfillers to manage production and delivery to end-customers of the widest variety of near-zero defect, mass-customized products. What You Will Do: - Architectural Leadership: Design and partner with engineering to deliver high-performance tables, dynamic views, and data pipelines within Snowflake, ensuring optimal query performance and scalability for Fulfillment Data Consumers. - Strategic Dashboarding: Develop sophisticated, "at-a-glance" visualizations in Looker that translate trends and manufacturing efficiency into actionable insights. - Measure KPIs: Work with customers to align on KPI definitions and implement them so all of Cimpress is speaking a similar language across Fulfillment metrics. - AI Integration: Leverage Snowflake Cortex to deploy LLM-powered functions or predictive forecasting directly within our data platform and Comet system. - Domain Expertise: Analyze complex data to optimize fulfillment metrics, propose changes to our planning strategies, or help our fulfillment centers run more optimally. - Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a consultant to Product Management, Customer, and other Cimpress teams, transforming vague business questions into rigorous analytical frameworks. - Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and code reviews for junior analysts, championing SQL best practices and "clean code" data modeling. Qualifications - Experience: 7–12 years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence. - SQL Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in SQL. - AI/ML Familiarity: Hands-on experience (or strong theoretical knowledge) with Snowflake Cortex functions (e.g., COMPLETE, EXTRACT_ANSWER, SUMMARIZE) or similar SQL-based AI tools. - Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Retail and Custom Product Manufacturing. You understand concepts such as On-time-to-Customer, WIP, Artwork, etc. - Technical Stack: Experience with dbt (preferred) or similar transformation tools; Advanced Dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma). Requirements - Experience with product data coming from Viper, Paperless, and/or Comet or other Mass customization products. - Experience with Snowflake. - Experience using DBT for transformation. - Experience using GIT. - Experience using Looker.
