Technical Account Director, Automotive

• Own the account end to end: relationship, technical guidance, commercial, escalations, expansion, and renewal. • Be the single point of contact for every inbound and outbound communication with the customer. • Guide the customer's technical approach to integration, simulation usage, and replica adoption. • Program manage 5 to 8 concurrent workstreams across PD and customer teams. • Build and maintain a deep org map across the customer's corporate family. • Run the customer cadence. • Drive multi-year account planning and expansion. • Coordinate internal PD resources so the customer sees one face and gets one answer. • Partner with our executive sponsors on the most senior customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • An engineering background. BS or MS in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience, with meaningful time owning complex enterprise technical accounts.
  • Technical fluency in simulation, perception, sensor systems, ADAS tooling, ML infrastructure, or autonomous systems.
  • Track record of managing multi-million dollar enterprise relationships at the depth this role requires.
  • Deep understanding of how large, matrixed organizations make decisions.
  • Program management instinct.
  • Strong commercial judgment.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Fully remote. Must be willing to travel internationally, including Japan.

Role Description To support this mission, Compliancy Group is looking for a highly qualified and highly motivated Account Executives to join the team. As an Account Executive, your role will focus on the never-ending pursuit of pipeline creation, mastering the sales process, and closing a high volume of healthy deals for the business. The Account Executive will be exclusively responsible for new logos business development and will partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure that new clients get off to successful starts.
