Your contributions will help build a healthier world for you and millions of people globally. THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a New Business Analyst to join our New Ventures team in São Paulo ! This is not a purely bureaucratic project management or institutional relations role. You will work directly with the leaders responsible for building Wellhub's next revenue streams and business verticals (such as the current nutrition and new channel initiatives). Your challenge will be to act as a true scientist focused on feasibility: mining data, building spreadsheet models from scratch, applying consulting frameworks, and structuring robust business cases to define what we should pursue, how, and why. If you are at the beginning of your career, fascinated by numbers and AI, and want to see your analyses guiding the future of a large wellness company, this is the place for you. YOUR IMPACT - Data Forensics Analysis: Diving into massive databases (running spreadsheets and queries with hundreds of thousands of rows) to audit legacy projects, understand funnel metrics (open rate, conversion, CTR), and identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. - New Business Modeling: Using data, AI, and financial intelligence to assess the viability of new market segments (market sizing, scenarios, and unit economics). - Market Research and Insights: Testing real demand, customer willingness to pay, and operational fit for new products or services. - Strategic Partnership Mapping: Identifying and structuring the ecosystem of ideal partners to unlock new revenue models. - Direct and To-the-Point Communication: Translating mountains of data into clear strategic recommendations, structuring objective presentations (decks) or investment memos for the senior committee and partners. - Live the mission: inspire and empower others by prioritizing your own well-being and that of your colleagues. Create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves and finding a balance between work and personal life. WHO ARE YOU - Aptitude and Interest in Numbers: You are passionate about calculations, spreadsheets, and data. Your standard language for defending any argument or making decisions is numbers. - Problem Solver: Possesses the typical mindset of a strategic consultant. When faced with an abstract or ambiguous problem (e.g., "should we open this new business?"), you know how to break it down into logical parts, estimate assumptions, and dissect the problem to find the answer. - Focused on Execution: You measure yourself by concrete deliverables and insights generated, and you possess a sense of ownership, resilience, and a strong bias towards action. - Digital Fluency and AI: Comfortable with analytical tools (such as advanced spreadsheets, SQL, and practical use/development of Artificial Intelligence agents in everyday work to accelerate your own logic). - Modern Business Framework: Understands (or has a great aptitude for quickly learning) digital business concepts: marketplaces, network effects, unit economics, subscriptions, and partnerships. - Language: English is highly desirable for reading global research and tools. Even if you don't meet 100% of the job requirements, apply! We'd be delighted to receive your application and assess your suitability for our team. Just remember to note that data analysis and insight generation are mandatory requirements for this specific role. That's why we offer vacation after 6 months of work + 3 days off per year + 1 day off for each year of service (totaling up to 5 days) + 1 day off in your birthday month!
